Playhouse Learn how to identify and treat Hemlock Woolly Adelgid to keep these iconic trees healthy and thriving. This live demonstration is ideal for anyone who has hemlocks on their property or wants to better understand why protecting them is so vital to our mountain landscape.

 

The Village will be treating affected hemlocks within 100 feet of designated scenic roads in Flat Rock. Trees beyond that distance will not be included, making this an important opportunity for homeowners to learn how to care for the remaining trees on their land.

 

By working together, we can help preserve the natural beauty and character that define Flat Rock.
