I ordered online or over the phone, why did I have to pay a service fee?

  • There is a $4 per ticket service fee for all phone and internet orders.

I don’t want to pay this fee. How can I avoid it?

  • If you purchase in person at the Box Office window, we do not charge a service fee for single-ticket orders. However, subscriptions and group sales orders do have fees regardless of how you purchase the ticket, but they are reduced from what you would pay if you purchased the tickets individually.
