5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Check-in and Happy Hour
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner served from food stations

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Silent Auction open for bidding
7:30 PM: Entertainment featuring Flat Rock Playhouse artists and performers
8:30 PM: Final Encore

We encourage you to wear light, flowing attire suitable for strolling

the charming streets of Mykonos or Santorini. Think chic and comfortable.

Please, no swim attire.

• Can I reserve specific seats with a General Admission ticket?
  General Admission tickets offer seating on the terrace on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved seating is only guaranteed with the Premier Table Seating ticket.

• Are drinks included with my ticket?
  Yes, Premier Table Seating tickets include two complimentary drink tickets per person, and General Admission tickets include one complimentary drink ticket per person.

• Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options at the food stations?
  Blue Ruby Catering is experienced in accommodating various dietary needs. Please indicate any specific requirements when
  purchasing your tickets, and we will do our best to ensure suitable options are available.

• Can I purchase additional drinks?
  Yes, additional servings of wine and whole bottles from Marked Tree Vineyards will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

• What forms of payment will be accepted for silent auction items?
  Details regarding accepted payment methods for the silent auction will be provided at the event.

• Is this event outdoors?
  Yes, the gala will be held outdoors at Marked Tree Vineyards. In case of inclement weather, contingency plans will be in place, and ticket holders will be notified.

• Can I bring children to the event?
  This event is designed for an adult audience. Please contact the Flat Rock Playhouse for any specific inquiries regarding children attending.
