The Flat Rock Playhouse Box Office – by phone, in person online or at flatrockplayhouse.org – is the only official retail ticket outlet for all performances at Flat Rock Playhouse and is the only way to guarantee the best prices. Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that Flat Rock Playhouse is unable to reprint, replace, or exchange lost or stolen tickets and is
unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance.
Ticketing Policies, and FAQs
- Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a different date/time of the same production with 48-hours or more notice prior to your currently scheduled show time.
- Non-subscription tickets will be charged a $6 per ticket exchange fee for date/time changes, and require at least 48-hours prior notice.
- There is a $4 per ticket service fee for all phone and internet orders.
- All productions, dates, times and pricing are subject to change.
