Are masks required at this event?
At this time, masks are not required for this event as it takes place outdoors.
It’s an outdoor show, do I still need a ticket?
You do! And they go fast so you’ll want to reserve yours as soon as you can. Tickets can be purchased online at flatrockplayhouse.org, or by calling our Box Office at 828.693.0731.
Is there Accessible Seating available?
Absolutely! West Henderson High School Athletic Stadium is accessible, however, space is limited. For any questions or concerns, contact our Box Office at 828.693.0731.
How do I get to the West Henderson High School Athletic Stadium?
WHHS Athletic Stadium entrance is located at 3600 Haywood Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28791. The main entrance is at the top of the hill as you arrive. Parking is first come first served. Drivers may drop their guests off at the gate and then go park.

What time should I arrive?
The stadium will open 1 hour before the scheduled performance. We recommend arriving early to park, and get settled.
When will I get my ticket?
Tickets will be delivered closer to the performance date. Keep checking your email for more information.
Food?
Yes! There will be food available with food trucks on site.
Is alcohol allowed at the show?
No. Alcoholic beverages will not be available and are prohibited at West Henderson High School and all Henderson County Public School properties. Consider checking out the excellent breweries and wineries that Henderson County has to offer before or after the show.

Are there restrooms close by?
There are. We have non-portable, public restroom facilities.
My dog loves listening to music, can I bring him/her?
Even though we love animals, they’re not allowed on property. We do, however, make an exception for trained service animals.
Can I bring blankets/seat cushions?
Totally! You’re welcome to bring these items in to make your experience more comfortable.
It looks like rain! Will the show be canceled?
It depends on the severity of the weather. The best thing to do is to monitor a weather site and check the Flat Rock Playhouse website for updates. If it looks like rain, make sure to bring a poncho or rain jacket. Umbrellas will not be allowed inside the stadium.
Is there a smoking section?
No. Smoking is prohibited.
I never want to forget this performance! Can I record it?
No. Recording devices and professional cameras are not permitted inside the venue.
