Special Rush Tickets:
The rush ticket discount is available only for the Preview shows of the 2011 Mainstage Series.
Rush tickets are very limited, subject to availability and will be made available for purchase at the Playhouse box office on the day of the performance only.

The adult rush ticket is $20 and limited to two tickets per person.
The student rush ticket is $10 and is limited to one per valid ID; the ID must be presented at pick-up.

On the day of the performance, the rush tickets go on sale with the opening of the box office and go off sale one hour prior to the start of the show, when tickets return to the regular price.  Rush tickets can only be purchased by calling the Playhouse box office at 828-693-0731 or toll-free at 866-732-8008.

There is a per ticket handling fee of $2.50 for all tickets under $20.00 and a per ticket handling fee of $3.25 for all tickets over $20.00
