To the Mainstage from Asheville, NC
Approximately 40 minutes
I-26 east to Exit # 53, Upward Road
Turn right off the exit ramp (look for Playhouse sign)
Travel 2 ½ miles to dead end at Greenville Highway
Turn left onto Greenville Highway (look for Playhouse sign)
½ mile to Flat Rock Playhouse on right
To the Mainstage from Spartanburg, SC
Approximately 45 minutes
I-26 west to Exit # 53, Upward Road
Turn left off the exit ramp (look for Playhouse sign)
Travel 2 ½ miles to dead end at Greenville Highway
Turn left onto Greenville Highway (look for Playhouse sign)
½ mile to Flat Rock Playhouse on right
To Playhouse Downtown from Asheville, NC
Approximately 35 minutes
I-26 east to Exit # 49B, 4 Seasons Blvd.
Merge onto US-64 W/4 Seasons Blvd toward Hendersonville
Continue to follow US-64 W, travel approximately 2.4 miles
Turn left on Main Street
The downtown theatre is located on the corner of Main and Allen
To Playhouse Downtown from Spartanburg, SC

Turn Right and head North on N Carolina 225 N/Greenville Hwy – approximately 2 miles

Parking
Playhouse Downtown
There is a lot next to Playhouse Downtown, but that parking goes quickly! There is also plenty of street parking in close proximity to the theatre. We recommend that you arrive early and enjoy one of the many great restaurants within walking distance of our theatre.
Mainstage
All of our Mainstage parking is a short walking distance to the theatre. Our team of expert parkers will guide you to a parking space an hour before the show up until show time. Be sure to display your blue tag to ensure an even closer parking space. If you are a season ticket holder, display your Preferred Parking Pass to get our best parking spaces available at that time.
